RavenNet Privacy Policy

Last updated: November 2025

RavenNet is developed and operated by NeGSiS.
The application supports visual detection of drones using device cameras and cloud-based image analysis.

1. Information We Collect

RavenNet captures camera images and video frames solely for detecting and classifying drones.
Captured footage is uploaded to a secure Microsoft Azure Blob Storage account managed by NeGSiS.
No other personal or identifying data is intentionally collected.

2. How We Use the Data

  • Uploaded footage is processed by automated detection systems to identify drones.
  • Processed results may be reviewed by NeGSiS engineers to refine detection algorithms.
  • Data is not used for marketing, profiling, or unrelated analytics.

3. Data Storage and Retention

Footage is retained only as long as necessary for analysis and system validation, then deleted from Azure storage.
Access to stored data is restricted to authorized NeGSiS personnel.

4. Data Sharing

NeGSiS does not share footage or derived information with third parties unless legally required.

5. Security

All data transfers use encrypted HTTPS connections.
Azure Blob Storage provides encryption at rest and strict access control.

6. User Choices

By using RavenNet, users consent to the upload and processing of captured footage for drone-detection purposes.
Users who do not wish to share footage should avoid enabling the camera functions in the app.
